Very high-quality and balanced minerals, my horses all love to eat it over their hay pellets/forage based diet. They are very fast at shipping their orders out. I refer folks all the time–love it so much.
Excellent product, price and fast shipping. Thanks for helping my horses look their best!
I want to thank you for providing such a great supplement. My horse Billy has been on it since May this year and it has worked wonders. I have 2 more friends/clients who will likely be switching to it as well. Not only was Billy on a high NSC diet (25%), but the farrier his previous owner had been using the past 2 years did not do him justice leaving long toes and cutting away the heal and frog which lead to a Caudle failure in his left front hoof that I am still rehabilitating. He had terrible center sulcus thrush as well which lead to his entire frog sloughing off in all 4 feet. Since going on my diet is alfalfa pellets, KIS Trace low SE, and ground flax he is doing great. The thrush is resolved, his frogs have grown in healthy and strong and my farrier has balanced his feet. He also has an amazing shine that makes him look like polished silver!

I have a very tall two year old we decided to X-ray recently for various reasons and found that his joints looked excellent. Every joint was lovely. I know genetics play a role but so often, I’ve found diet to play a BIGGER role than any other component.
This is my two cents. It’s anecdotal and I get that. But this guy was fed KISTrace Equine Supplement from birth (and his mom with him in utero as well) so I’m thinking I’m going to be sticking with this diet for good. The fact that the quality of ingredients is so good as well as it’s run by one completely dedicated and caring person, also has made it extremely appealing to me.
So often as horse owners, we get sucked into advertising to try the latest and greatest… or we think that since such and such is feeding it, it’s gotta be good. Well the truth is that oftentimes, riders are paid to talk about products they don’t even fully stand behind OR they don’t know what they’re feeding.
When we decided to go with KISTrace, we had been in a terrible mess with our horse’s feet and health. I talked to Zinpro (KISTrace uses Zinpro) and they set me straight on what was happening inside the horses’ bodies and why.
I found out the feed and supplement I was previously using was loaded with sulfates and just absolute junk.
Once jumping onto KISTrace, EVERYTHING improved from the mares fertility to hoof quality etc. It’s not magic. It’s just good health. So that’s my little story for the day. Compare your current supplements’ ingredients to KISTrace and see what you think. Do a quick search for what it has for copper/zinc for example and what a horse requires daily. It’s sorta eye opening.
Shawna and I only support and use products we stand behind 100%. We do our best to really research the facts and this is the best we could find.
I think my boy looks pretty good for 26 years old. Gets KIS Trace mixed in beet pulp daily.
